I personally like the DRA – I like the ease of administering it and the picture it presents. This I have used extensively over the last several years in 3rd grade.
I have not used the F&P assessment before, but have used other resources for Reading Workshop, etc.

Haven’t seen any such research myself. Contact The Stuttering Foundation as they keep up with new research.

What % result would be sufficient to ensure “good” reading skills?

HI, My son is in first grade and he scored a 19 on his DRA test in kindergarten. What does this mean??? Does anyone know how to read the test to find out what level he is at? Is there a site that I can go to? I looked this up online but didn’t really find what I was looking for. Any teachers out there I would love to hear what u have to say. Thanks!
