I already took the ept/elm and passed them at a cal state, but I decided to attend a community college instead. It says I have to take an assessment test for math, writing, and reading. Do I have to take it if I already passed the ept/elm?

Has anyone taken the Work Keys Assessment Test for the Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship program?, and if so where you ever able to score a level 4 on the teamwork part? I’ve taken this test 2 different times and both times I’ve scored a level 3, which isn’t bad but they want everyone to score a level 4 . I answered the questions totally different the second time and still got a level 3 and now I’m getting ready to take it again. Can anyone give me some advise on this test or give my a link to a study guide?

Until the new rules and regs go into effect, the way to diagnose a Learning Disability to administer an IQ test to assess the natural ability or both the verbal and non-verbal skills.
Then an achievement test is administered and the scores are compared.
If there is a statistically significant discerpancy between ability and achievement, and there are processing deficits, and the criteria for a Learning Disability is met, services must be provided.
I’m currently a student teacher. We learned the QRI4 in college, and I was wondering the opinions of experienced teachers in regards to the different reading assessment methods/tests.
Which do you like the best, and why?
